Introduction: Tesla’s Profound Insight

Nikola Tesla once said,

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”

This profound statement encapsulates a fundamental truth about our existence and the universe. Everything around us, including ourselves, is composed of energy, constantly vibrating at different frequencies. To understand this better, I would like to invite you on a journey into the concept of energy, the physiological affect and how it impacts our daily lives how it is defined scientifically, and what science tells us about the fundamentals of the universe, and what contributions I have.


What is Energy?

Scientific Definition:

Energy is the capacity to do work. It exists in various forms, including kinetic, potential, thermal, electrical, chemical, and nuclear energy. In physics, energy is a conserved quantity, meaning it cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed from one form to another.

I would like to simply refer to energy, however I will occasionally refer to the scientific sub-classification.

Everyday Examples:

  • Physical Sense:
  • Hot vs Cold: Heat energy causes the molecules in a substance to move faster, resulting in higher temperatures. Conversely, a lack of heat energy slows down molecular motion, leading to colder temperatures.
  • Strong vs Weak: The energy stored in muscles enables physical strength. For instance, the energy you exert when lifting weights comes from the chemical energy stored in your muscles.
  • Physiological Sense:
  • Tiredness vs Alertness: At the end of the day, your body feels tired because it has expended energy throughout the day. Sleep allows your body to recover and replenish its energy reserves, preparing you for the next day.
  • Excitement vs Calm: When you find something exciting, your body releases adrenaline, increasing your energy levels and making you feel more alert and alive. This rush of energy can be experienced while cheering for your favourite team or engaging in a thrilling activity.

Nature’s Balance
